A Guide to Jewish Practice is a multi-volume project providing guidance in all aspects of daily living. The Guide is not a code of Jewish law (halakha). It takes a values-based approach that has been developed by the Center for Jewish Ethics of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College to provide guidance to all those who do not consider themselves bound by halakha but do wish to incorporate Jewish perspectives into their moral decision making. This includes not only liberal Jews but people from other traditions interested in gaining perspective on their personal positions.
